The powers and duties of State Trustees role as Administrator is governed by the Guardianship and Administration Act 2019. This legislation guides how we make decisions for you and explains what we need to do to help you. A key focus of the law is that we must work in line with what’s important to you and your goals, as long as this won’t cause you serious harm.
