What should I consider before making a Will?

You should consider:  

• Who you would trust to be your Executor and if they are capable and willing to take on this responsibility.  

• Any specific gifts you would like to leave and to whom (such as jewellery or sentimental objects) 

• Who you would like to appoint as guardian to any children in your care 

• Who is to receive the remainder of your estate after those specific gifts have been distributed.
