Types of documents we prepare

Will

A will is a legal document that tells people what you want to happen to your belongings and who you’d like to care for dependents and pets after you die. The clearer your instructions, the better it is for those you leave behind. Every Victorian over 18 should have a legally valid will.

Enduring Power of Attorney (personal or financial)

Appoint a person or professional to manage your financial, or personal matters if you can no longer do so yourself. We create thousands of Power of Attorney documents annually for Victorians

Medical Treatment Decision Maker Authority

Similar to a Power of Attorney, this document allows you to appoint a person or professional to legally make medical treatment decisions in the event you can’t due to injury or illness. You cannot appoint State Trustees as your Medical Treatment Decision Maker.

Every Victorian adult should have all three crucial documents prepared. Book online or call us on 1300 138 672
