We are a Victorian Government-backed company providing financial and legal services at important life moments. We provide services such as Wills, Powers of Attorney, Deceased Estate Administration, Trusts, Financial Administration and more.
Every Victorian over 18 should have a legally valid will. Without a will, you won’t have a say in what happens to your estate when you die. You won’t get to choose how your property and belongings are distributed. You also won’t be able to control who makes your final decisions. Without a will it can also take much longer to settle all paperwork (12 months or more), and the costs can be higher. Whether your needs are complex or simple, we can help prepare or update your will.
If you make a Will and later decide that you want to make changes, you can either:
- add a codicil to the existing Will
- revoke the Will and write a completely new one.
