Who are the Will Appointments best suited to?

If you have complex circumstances, own overseas assets, have multiple investments, or need to exclude someone from your Will, then it’s best to have a Will Appointment with one of our State Trustees Will Writing Experts.

Do I need to attend in-person?

Yes, all appointments are in-person unless you call us directly to request a video appointment. You can arrange to meet with an expert will-writer at our Footscray or Dandenong offices. For all video appointment requests, call 1300 138 672, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.

Are there discounts for Will Appointments?

Discounts are available if you book as a couple, are a concession card holder, nominate State Trustees as your executor, activate your Financial Power of Attorney with us or purchase a will plus one or more documents. To learn more about discounts and bundle document pricing, go here.
